Fisayo Alade
Principal
Fisayo Alade is a highly accomplished professional with a wealth of experience spanning over a decade. As the founder of AFM Advisors, he has cultivated a distinguished reputation for providing invaluable support to a diverse clientele, encompassing both public and private sectors. In addition, Fisayo has demonstrated his prowess by spearheading the development of top-tier properties that cater to the unique needs of investors, partners, and local communities.
Before establishing AFM Advisors, Fisayo served in a key managerial role at RER Solutions Inc, a prime Department of Defense (DoD) contractor. In this capacity, he played a pivotal role in supporting the US Army, overseeing a vast portfolio comprising over 87,000 privatized housing units. Notably, he provided project management oversight, proforma modeling, financial analysis, legal document review, due diligence research, and special projects. In addition, he executed several Lifecycle Cost Analysis (LCCA), Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPC), Ground Lease Compliance Reviews and other recurring project critical Asset Management tasks.
Fisayo's expertise extends beyond the US Army, as he also held the position of Financial Analyst at The Concourse Group LLC, another prime DoD contractor. Here, he contributed to the support of the US Navy and US Marines with a portfolio exceeding 60,000 housing units. During his tenure at both organizations, he developed a keen interest in advisory and consulting, always prioritizing the delivery of the highest level of service and expertise. Fisayo's success in this regard was underpinned by his strategic insights, deep industry knowledge, and his multidisciplinary education.
Fisayo holds a BS in Architecture from the University of Maryland and an MS in Real Estate and Infrastructure from the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School. He is also a Project Management Professional holding a PMP designation offered by Project Management Institute. Beyond his professional endeavors, Fisayo enjoys spending quality time golfing with friends and family. He is an avid traveler and finds solace in embarking on long hikes during visits to his favorite destinations in Africa.
